Does Al-Qadhafi want’s war?

Lock what kind of interview I’ve found on MEMRI . It’s what the Libyan Leader Mu’ammar Al-Qadhafi said on Al-Jazeera. He meant, that
Europe & the U.S. ‘Should Agree to Become Islamic… or Else Declare War on the Muslims‘ . There is also a Video where you can see it.
Well, I can only speak for myself, but I know a lot of people which are thinking the same way, but before I become a damn Muslim I will kill as many as I can. If that asshole wants war he can have it! And I know that the US will fight too. And they have the right "Toys" for doing that.
But maybe he only wanted to make a little bit propaganda some people might say. That could be true, but than he better should get a new propaganda minister. It’s saver for his country.
