Arrest warrent against Al-Bashir

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the chief prosecutor of the International Crime Court at the Hague, has finally filed charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes against Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and applied for an arrest-warrant at the ICC. He presented his evidence against al-Bashir to the judges today, and now it’s up to them to decide, whether they issue it or not, but it’s expected that they’ll do so, cause they already have approved all of his previous submissions.
But, if they will issue it, al-Bashir would be the first active president who would face charges from the court which was set up to pursue the world’s most grave cases of human rights abuse(I think Mugabe should face it too, but fast, before he dies).
Without any surprise I read, that already Sudan’s ambassador to the UN has condemned the charges. Well, if he wouldn’t do so, he and his family probably would get killed by al-Bashirs military.
So, the only question than will be, how to get him out alive and to the court. He will not come, and the UN-Security Council will not send fighting troops to get him. Do they want to kidnap him?
Or hire a good sniper to kill him? Well, if that only would stop the rapes of woman and kids, I would totally agree with it.
